THE JOB SUMMARY / ROLE

We are looking to hire a dedicated Private Chef to craft, execute, and produce top-notch food with a constant eye on the highest quality standards, with an eye on industry trends. A person, who will be able to demonstrate exceptional communication, time management, and guest-made service skills at all times.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Your responsibilities include preparing meals for events that are hosted in guest’s villas, such as private dinners, or special events, locating specialty items and maintaining detailed records of clients’ food allergies and dietary restrictions. Other responsibilities include shopping for meal ingredients as well as necessary kitchen tools and equipment, inspecting meal ingredients before making purchases to ensure that they are of the highest quality, as well as, cleaning and sanitizing work areas before and after meal preparation.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Key skills for this job include business and marketing abilities; developed senses of smell and taste, manual dexterity, creativity, understanding of nutrition, expertise in preparing a variety of foods, as well as, knowledge of business software. 1-5 years in a related job are also required.
