ABOUT PRICES/PAYMENTS
Where can I check prices and availability?
Prices and availability for Teora Villas are provided upon request. You can book one of your villas by sending an enquiry. Once your inquiry is received, our Villa Specialists will be in touch with you to offer tailored advice. Please do not hesitate to contact them at any time by emailing, or calling on +30 697 2107 524.
How is the payments done?
Paying for a villa rental fee can be done through either a bank transfer or credit card. However, there are some differences in using the two methods that guests should understand in advance. Paying through bank transfer will have no extra charge, while payment via credit card might be more convenient, an additional charge of 3% up to 5% might be applied.
When do I need to pay for the accommodation?
Payment of any outstanding balance is made when you check out, but payment must be guaranteed when you check in, unless agreed otherwise on the basis of the applicable rates.
What kinds of cards do you accept?
We accept the following credit cards; VISA, Master, Diners Club, American Express, DC, Nicos, Citix Card, Rakuten, OMC, JAL, Union Pay. Please note that payment must be in a lump sum.
What does the rental price include?
Villa rental rate includes taxes, electricity and water fees, internet connection, linen and towels and cleaning service frequency of which depends on each villa. There are no additional charges unless you book tailored services such as private chef, daily maid service, retreat experiences, or similar.
Are there any hidden fees that I should be aware of?
The villa rental does not include food cots (unless there is a meal plan included), transportation, recreational activities, tax or gratuities. Our villa rental agreements will make clear what is included or not included in the rental price.

Who can give me information about the villas I’m interested in?
You’ll always be able to speak to one of Teora ‘s Villa Specialists; a person who knows your preferred villas like the back of his hand. Just write us an e-mail, or call the number at the top of this page.
What is the maximum occupancy of Teora villas?
Maximum occupancy is clearly stated on each villa’s dedicated page.
Who do I contact if I have a problem at the villa?
Our network of Villa Caretakers and Specialists is supported by a team of locally-based professionals. A team of very special people who are available 24/7 to ensure that your vacation runs smoothly.
What is the minimum length of stay?
Normally a 7 night stay is required. In off-season months we may accept shorter stays.
How do I get the key to the villa?
You will either be met at the villa by a Villa Specialist who will give you your keys to the villa as well as a house tour to familiarize you with all aspects of the villa. To arrange this, we’ll need to know your arrival information (arrival time, departure time, airline, flight number) at least one day prior to your arrival.
How much privacy will we have around the property?
Most of our properties are as secluded, providing guests with a lot of privacy.
Do you have any Internet Access?
We provide FREE Wireless Internet Access. This extends both inside and outside the villa.
ABOUT RESERVATIONS
How do I know if my reservation is confirmed?
At the time of booking-inquiry you will receive a reservation request, which will then be confirmed by us. On confirmation of your booking you will receive an email which contains important travel information.
How far in advance do I have to book?
As soon as you have planned your trip. We sometimes have last-minute availability, but in general the earlier you book, the lower the room rate.
Are the rates per person or for the villa?
Our rates are for the villa. Only residence tax is paid per person.
Do children stay for free? (Please note: one child only per room)
Yes, children up to the age of 2 stay for free (accompanied by an adult).
Can I make more than one reservation at a time?
Yes, always according to current availability. Each reservation is unique and has a separate number.
ABOUT TAILORED EXPERIENCES
Do you only arrange accommodation?
Our VIP Tailored Experiences team consists of very special people who will also be happy to arrange a combo of tailored experiences for you, like in-villa deliveries, private security, in-house chef, private transfers, jetscapes, Jeep safaris, speedboat and yacht charters, chauffeur, retreat experiences, and many other adds-on. When do I have to pay for concierge services?
When do I have to pay for tailored services?
After we have processed your request and contacted you with a proposal for tailored services, we will ask you to provide details of a valid bank card. However, we will not charge your card until we have confirmed with you the number of hours required by our staff to process your request and completed the work we undertake to perform on your behalf.
Is it possible to book daily maid service?
The majority of our villas can offer daily maid service. Please inform us about this request when booking or before your arrival.
It is my wife’s birthday while we are on holiday. Can you organize a tailored in-house dinner and some live music?
Just let us know as soon as possible and we’ll be delighted to arrange something special for you.
I want to organize a retreat experience. Can you assist me?
Absolutely. What better way to go on a journey of self-discovery? Retreat experiences are evolving though. There are not just basic yoga retreats and simple meditation retreats anymore. They are taking exciting shapes each year; Health retreats, fitness retreats, digital detoxing, yoga retreats, spiritual retreats. Our experienced personal retreat professionals will be more than happy to craft a personalized retreat based on your needs. All you have to do is simply send us your inquiry at conciergeteora@teoravillas.com.
Should we rent a boat and sail around the island?
Seascapes could be the highlight of your vacation. We will be more than happy to assist you in renting a motor yacht, a catamaran or a sailing boat. The protocols of these yachts for the daily boat trips are a maximum number of 15 people. Larger groups will have to rent two vessels.
ABOUT CHECKING IN/OUT
When can I check-in?
Check-in at your villa is possible from 14.00 on the first day of your stay. Once we receive your flight details, our Villa Specialist will send you an estimated check-in time at the villa. We would also be most grateful if you could confirm this estimated check-in time, or let us know a different time, so that we can ensure someone will be at the villa to welcome you at an agreed time.
When do I have to check out by?
Standard check-out time is by 12.00. If there are no other guests arriving that day, it may be possible to extend check-out time by a couple of hours.
What happens if my flight is delayed and I arrive late at the villa? Who do I tell?
Majority of the villa offer flexible check-in and check-out time. In case your flight is delayed, just call your Villa Specialist.
ABOUT TRANSPORTATION
Where shall I rent a car?
If you’re arriving on an evening flight in the summer, you might find yourself joining a long queue at the car hire desk. Well, this could be avoided if you take advantage of our bespoke transportation service.
Once you’ve booked your villa with us, simply get in touch with our team of VIP Tailored Experiences and they will help you organize: a hire car, a transfer from the airport to your villa -and vice versa if requested-, the delivery of your hire car to your villa. Visit our section “SERVICES” and learn more about the options.
We plan to do a lot of touring around, sightseeing, but we don’t want to drive every day. Can you arrange a private driver for us?
Absolutely. Speak to your VIP Tailored Experiences team before you travel or with your Villa Specialist whilst you are away.

What happens in case I need to make a change?
Need to make a change? Our change and cancellation terms vary per type of booking. Different options available can be send to you through an e-mail, during the booking process and in your booking confirmation.
