THE JOB SUMMARY / ROLE
We’re currently looking for a positive, curious and extremely organizing person with strong listening and negotiating skills to join our Sales team as Villa Specialist. A person, who is proactive and is able to win over client so that they return to us for future vacations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
You should identify what will create the ultimate guest experience and make it happen. Use your personal and product knowledge of Mykonos and Te Ora villas to deliver an ultimate villa vacation experience that surpasses the guest expectations, as well as, accompany the guest through the full booking cycle. Working with villa suppliers to confirm availability, process and release holds, and invoice the customer once a purchasing decision has been made, as well as, maintain periodic contact with existing and prospective customers through outbound efforts to generate new business and build a repeat client base are also your job responsibilities.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Our Villa Specialist should be able to demonstrate a genuine selling style, as well as, show us that he/she can build a rapport with guests/clients from all types of cultural backgrounds. Previous experience of working in sales within the luxury or travel industry is required.
