THE JOB SUMMARY / ROLE
We are looking to hire a Director of Services-Housekeeping, able to manage housekeeping functions and to ensure villas are clean, organized and well maintained. A person, who directs and works with team to successfully execute all housekeeping operations and maintains strong working relationship with General Manager and Concierge Director to ensure effective communications for operational issues.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Your responsibilities include maintaining and ordering supplies, ensuring that standards and procedures are being followed investigating complaints, supervising housekeepers, training new employees. Housekeeping experience, attention to details, coaching skills, teamwork, and time management are also required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Strong time management skills and proven history of workplace punctuality, as well as, attention to detail and meticulous use of proper safety procedures are required..
