THE JOB SUMMARY / ROLE

We are hiring an experienced Concierge Director to help us keep growing. A person who will be responsible for designing and providing a superior level of tailored services and crafted experiences to our guests.

RESPONSIBILITIES

In collaboration with the Reservations and Service team, you will focus on delivering genuine service to each and every guest, as well as, oversee all concierge operations ensuring our guests are satisfied with their amenity offering promptly answer. You should also record and complete all guest-requests, respond to complaints and find the appropriate solution with a guest-focused orientation. Arranging events, excursions, transportation etc. upon request from our Villa residents, and acting as a liaison between guests and any department necessary including the kitchen, housekeeping, is also part of this job.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

You must have 1+ years of previous customer service experience, be a positive phone demeanor, as well as, have a service oriented mindset and be capable of making every guest feel valued. Superior written and verbal communication skills are also essential.
